This gallery captures some of the scenes traveling on the Seine and under the bridges connecting the Left and Right Banks of Paris. While we were allowed to be on the sun deck for this experience, we were strictly required to stay in the center of the ship and seated to make sure no one was hit while passing under the bridges. The clearance on some bridges was quite close. Note the signs mounted at the top of each arch supporting the bridge - center has a white or yellow diamond (sometimes two), and the sides have red and white diamond signs with the red facing away from the center. The clearance is so close that the wheelhouse is lowered into the ship and the captain controls the ship remotely.
You will easily recognize Notre Dame (with the repair cranes visible) and the Eiffel Tower among the landmarks captured.
Pardon my fixation with the Eiffel Tower.
