This gallery contains photos taken at the memorial service for "Johnny" and the reception following. The brother of Joelle Jakubowski, Johnny had been cared for by Wayne and Joelle Jakubowski since 2007 and finally succumbed to illness on December 2nd 2011.
The service was held at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church on December 4th.
