This gallery contains photos taken during an October 2014 visit to New York City. Featured are Times Square, Central Park and the 911 Museum and Memorial. The 911 Museum was just recently completed and is located at the site of the World Trade Center Towers in lower Manhattan.

I should note that photography is not permitted in a couple of important sections of the Museum/Memorial, so there is more to see when you are there. These are the sections which contain personal artifacts donated by loved ones of those who perished in the attacks and other artifacts and news video clips considered copyrighted material.
